Yeovil Library support the third annual Yeovil Literary Festival

Top authors will descend on Somerset next month as the County Council’s library helps host the Yeovil Literary Festival.

Yeovil Library has teamed up with The Octagon Theatre, Waterstones Yeovil and Yeovil Community Arts Association to host the third annual Yeovil Literary Festival.

The 2015 festival takes place from Wednesday 28 October to Sunday 1 November with a packed programme of great authors, comedians, entertainers and broadcasters.

Councillor David Hall, Somerset County Council’s cabinet member with responsibilities for libraries said: “We hope this year’s Yeovil Literary Festival will build on the success of the previous years. The programme is incredibly diverse and we are pleased to include a variety of author events in Yeovil Library.”

The following authors will be appearing at Yeovil Library during the festival:

Friday 30 October

Jill Mansell, Lulu Taylor and Stella Newman on writing women’s fiction – 12 noon
Veronica Henry – 2pm
Cathy Rentzenbrink – 4pm
Saturday 31 October

Margaret Graham – 10am
David Solomons – 11am (Yeovil Children’s Library)
David Gibbings with Glyn Davies – 12 noon
Natasha Solomons – 2pm
