Somerset County Council’s Taunton Library is pleased to announce that their Glass Box will play host to an innovative masterclass from experts at Google to help Somerset business owners grow their presence online.
On Thursday 14 July, The Google Digital Garage is coming to Taunton to give local businesses a free masterclass to learn crucial digital skills to grow their business using the internet.
A team from Google will run the masterclass sessions in The Glass Box at Taunton Library, offering advice and tips to local business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs on making the internet a growth tool for their business.
The sessions will show attendees how to tell their story online, help make their website shine on computers and mobile devices, develop rich content and learn the importance of measuring success with analytics.
It will also cover how to reach new customers online and make your business more visible online so that new customers can find you. Attendees will also be taught the cornerstones of digital marketing, and learn how to use online marketing tools to reach prospective customers.
The Google Digital Garage on Tour has been designed to support and advise businesses regardless of their technical expertise – from complete tech novices creating their first website through to improving an existing website and online marketing.
